Be prepared – save money

The helicopter costs money for every minute in the air. Good preparation on the ground is the easiest way to bring down the price.

Safety during lifting

The pilot always has the final say when assessing weather, wind and landing conditions. Follow instructions from the crew, never approach the helicopter without a signal to do so, and keep clear of the area beneath the suspended load.

How we work

We go through the assignment with you before the flying day: loading site, delivery site, weights, number of trips and time window. That way both parties know what to expect, and the lift goes quickly.

Checklist for customers

  • Gather all cargo in one place, near an open loading area
  • Pack and strap materials into liftable bundles in advance
  • State the approximate weight of each bundle
  • Make sure 2–3 people are ready to receive the cargo
  • Remove loose objects, tarpaulins and garden equipment from the area
  • Keep children and onlookers at a safe distance during the lift
  • Agree on mobile or radio contact between ground and pilot
  • Have an alternative delivery day ready in case of bad weather
